I have extensive experience in FE teaching and learning; including teacher training. I was a Teaching and Learning Champion, supporting staff with all aspects of teaching and learning and delivering staff development.
I have been a mindfulness practitioner for over twenty years and teaching it for over ten. I am qualified to teach .b (mindfulness for teens) and .b foundation (mindfulness for teachers) as well as being a qualified adult MBSR/MBCT teacher. My passion is bringing mindfulness into teacher training and I am a guest lecturer on the PGCE programme at Cardiff University and a respected member of the Mindfulness in Education Community.
I have a background in documentary film-making and creative writing.
