Having this extended mindful approach focuses the mind on the task in hand which in turn:

  • Increases productivity
  • Enhances self-awareness and self-regulation
  • Reduces stress

Assessment is in two parts:

Written assignments based on literature research and critical reflection on own practice
From this module, learners are able to create links with their own workplace and consider any benefits or drawbacks in relation to their own performance and any organisational benefits.

  • It is important to note that during your period of study you will be supported by a designated tutor.
