Buying food from local farmers markets is more sustainable for the environment and the local community.  So check out your local farmers market and enjoy the fresh produce:

Carmarthen: Held in the town centre, between 9.00am and 1.00pm on the first and third Friday of each month.

Lampeter: Held on a Friday between 09.00 and 14.00 behind the Town Hall on Market Street. 

London: Chapel Market, Islington, every Sunday between 10.00am and 2.00pm, or find your local market here.
