About the Role
Providing excellent customer service in all areas of catering and conferencing you will be serving food and beverages in all catering outlets. You will prepare food, carry out simple cooking and portion control. You will be required to prepare specialty coffees and hot beverages to the specified standard. The provision of a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene will be essential and you will maintain all relevant records. You will support with room set ups and hospitality deliveries. You will support the delivery of residential conferences and dinners. You will be required to use the till register in order to process sales and cash up at the end of their shift. Stock control and supporting the ordering of supplies will be part of the role.
You will be expected to work on a rota system and this may include weekends and shifts outside normal working hours to respond to the demands of the business. Flexibility to support any area of the department will be crucial in order to deliver an efficient, customer focused service.
You may be expected to work across campuses to fulfil business needs.

- £7.99 - £8.47 per hour / £8,591.34 - £9,106.22 per annum*
