About Us

The University of Wales Trinity Saint David is a dynamic and ambitious institution with campuses in Swansea, Carmarthen, Lampeter, London and the Wales International Academy of Voice in Cardiff. The University has expanded into an exciting new area of growth to deliver its programmes, initially the Cert HE, at our new Birmingham Learning Centre.

About the Role

The post holder will support the Birmingham Learning Centre by working closely across all functional areas of the Centre in providing effective and timely service in the recruitment and admission of Home/EU and International applicants, in compliance with University, UKVI and other relevant bodies. The role focuses on student applications and admissions processes. The role holder must assist in ensuring full compliance with the University and UKVI requirements as well as those of any other relevant Bodies. The post holder will be required to liaise with colleagues at other UWTSD campuses and with external agencies, as required. The post holder will be required to liaise with a range of colleagues at all levels in order to ensure smooth implementation of the admissions processes. The post holder will also be required to disseminate information to senior managers and staff relating to applications and applicants.

The Package

• Full Time (37 hours) / 12 month fixed term contract
• Salary: £21,585 - £24,983 per annum
