The University of Wales Trinity Saint David is a dynamic and ambitious institution with campuses in Swansea, Carmarthen, Lampeter, London and the Wales International Academy of Voice in Cardiff. The University has expanded into an exciting new area of growth to deliver its programmes, initially the Cert HE, at our new Birmingham Learning Centre.
About the Role
Under the overall direction of the Academic and Centre Manager, the post holder will be responsible for the co-ordination and provision of student progress, assessment and examinations, completion and graduation. The post holder will also provide advice and guidance to students in terms of Academic Quality standards. There will be the requirement to service Exam Board committees and similar bodies as well as secretarial support as required. In undertaking their work, they will liaise extensively with staff from the Faculties and other professional services. The post holder will be expected to work flexibly and be able to prioritise conflicting demands. A proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages and a high level of attention to detail are important aspects of the post.

• Full Time (37 hours) / 12 month fixed term contract
