About the Role
You will work as part of the Immigration Services and Visa Compliance Team, and will be responsible for managing a case load of applications from International Students who have applied to the University for a course of study. This will include the admission, enrolment, Visas and record management of International students on all of the University’s campuses.
You will be required to offer full Visa support to all International Students via the Short Term Study Visa, Tier 4 General and other relevant Visa categories. You’ll also provide Immigration advice to current and prospective students, faculties and HR in relation to all UK Immigration matters, and for outbound activities by Faculty members in certain overseas jurisdictions.

You should possess excellent knowledge of immigration regulations, and HE International admissions procedures. You’ll also have previous experience of dealing with International applicants, and experience of providing high quality administrative support, customer care and data entry. You should be experienced in using MS Office and IT systems.
You should have or be willing to develop an in-depth knowledge of UKVI requirements and the correct procedures for dealing with International applications. You’ll also hold or be willing to develop experience of processing International applications, issuing CAS statements, identifying and resolving potential problems with admission procedures and Visa issues.
