We offer Master of Arts and Master of Science degrees which combine 120 taught credits with 60 credits from a piece of research or in-depth study.  You will typically study between 6 and 8 taught modules and depending on your subject area you may be able to combine elective classes with compulsory modules.

Many of our Master of Arts degrees can also be taken as a Master of Research (MRes), to gain this degree classification you will typically study only 3 modules (60 credits) and produce a larger piece of research worth 120 credits.
