Lecturer in Sports Therapy

Dan has over 12 years’ clinical experience working in professional rugby union, cricket and league as a Physiotherapist: Head the Medical Departments at the Newport Gwent Dragons and Bristol Rugby.  More recently he has acted as a consultant therapist to Racing Club Narbonne in France.  Dan’s areas of expertise include:  Management of Pelvic and Spinal Conditions, Acute Injury Management, Sports Specific Rehabilitation and has devised many Innovative Treatments for Sports Injury.

Dan is a guest lecturer on the Sports and Exercise Medicine degree at Queen Mary University London and recently completed his Masters in Sports Physiotherapy from the University of Bath.

Dan has recently completed his MSc looking at the effect of a body orthotic on posture and performance.  In the growing field he is likely to undertake further research in this field.
