Dr Catrin Williams

Lucy manages the production of Swansea Business Schools South Wales Business Review.

Following a career in marketing in both commercial and education contexts, Lucy became a Lecturer in Marketing at Swansea Business School in 2010. Alongside her teaching, she was Faculty Academic Champion for Enterprise and Director of Communications at the school, and won several teaching awards during her time there.  She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, a Member of the British Academy of Management, and a Chartered Marketer. She has an MBA from the University of Hertfordshire, is editor of the South Wales Business Review and has run her own marketing business since 2008.  

She is actively engaged in the enterprise agenda in the region, and is also co-founder of the social enterprise 'We Are Lucky' and author of a series of children’s books and enterprise education materials for pre-school and primary aged children (www.puffinpal.org).

Recent collaborative and enterprise related projects at the University include 'SMUDGE Enterprise', 'SMUDGEd', Graduate Launchpad, and the development of ‘Life Design’, a career development model based on design thinking methods.
