Primarily, my role within the university is to train, coach and mentor trainee teachers for Wales and to develop innovation in teaching and learning for both staff and students.

I am currently a personal tutor for the BAEd QTS cohort and deliver regular sessions meeting wider academic and personal needs.

Since studying at Trinity Saint David and obtaining my BEd Hons, I have taught in both England and Wales for over sixteen years in the primary sector. I have had the privilege of educating children in both Foundation phase and Keystage 2 and have taught every age group in the primary sector.
