ICT Software Training

Training is provided in planned events and ad hoc as required whether in a classroom setting or one to one as appropriate and as needs demand.

Classroom events are in the format of a presentation and exercises undertaken by users on classroom PC computers. New lesson plans and materials are constantly in development keeping pace with software releases and staff requirements.

Microsoft Word is a globally standardised Word Processing tool for the creation of text and image documents. Training is available at intermediate and advanced level along with further training in Mail Merge and features for longer documents.

Microsoft Operating Systems file management. Training is offered in the use and manipulation of directories, folders and files, their efficient naming and storage to speed and organise file saving and recovery.
