Abstract

Life Design is an approach to student futures that uses applied design thinking to support all students in identifying their individual values and dreams, raising their confidence and aspirations, promoting the opportunities available to them during their studies and articulating their skills and achievements. It provides a toolkit for sustainable employability in a turbulent and rapidly changing working environment.  Life Design has been rolled out to all UWTSD students from 2015.

In this session, the team will present the story of its development and delivery across the University, including student responses to the project.  The second part of the session will take the form of a short workshop designed to give participants a taster of the Life Design approach.
