This Project Management module is designed to provide you with the information and tools to develop an awareness and understanding of project management in your workplace.

Through this module, you will be able to recognise and describe the benefits of project management, explain the principles and identify appropriate tools and techniques for effective managing projects.

This module is aimed at people who are interested in gaining an awareness and understanding of project management in your workplace.

Depending on your level of qualification or experience, the assessment will vary slightly. For example, at level 4, this is equivalent to the first year of a University degree, the assessment is as follows:

No entry requirements

You will be required to attend two teaching days at the Carmarthen Campus. These days will provide you with a secure foundation to begin your study. Throughout this module you will be supported by a Tutor. This support can either be face-to-face, via telephone, email or Skype – or a mix of all these.
