UWTSD is committed to inclusivity and accessibility and aspires to high levels of accessibility for all of our information systems.
We aim to make all our public web resources meet level AA of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. We now include an assessment of accessibility as standard practice when purchasing new resources.
Third-party publishers host a number of our websites and applications on their own web platforms which are independently developed. Many publishers are prioritising digital accessibility and have their own accessibility statements. Further information can be found below.

Statushub Communication tool for the web and is supplied by Statushub.
University Careers Service Website
Abintegro provides information about accessibility for our University Careers service website. They have launched their accessibility programme in partnership with EqualWeb and provide an accessibility Service. There is an Accessibility Statement at the bottom of each page of the platform.
Collabco - MyDay Student and Staff Portal and Application
Myday is provided by Collabco and is designed to be a customisable platform allowing organisations and its end users. Myday meets all of the functional requirements that are outlined in WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

Tribal SITS Student Record System
Tribal Sits provide online access to the student record system via MyTsd. Tribal provide an accessibility statement for this software. SITS meets the current European accessibility standard EN 301 549. All student-facing content is designed for WCAG 2.0 AA Accessibility compliance.
For some of the more complex staff functionality, a minimum acceptable standard of WCAG 2.0 A Accessibility compliance is met. All content is delivered using HTML5 mark-up.
The user interfaces are compatible with assistive technologies such as speech recognition tools, magnifiers or screen reading software, and layout variants can be used to allow users to select high contrast or large text versions. Screen reader compliance is tested using the ChromeVox plugin and the NVDA Screen Reader as a basic starting point. Tribal complies with all relevant UK legislation including the Equality Act 2010
Tribal’s E:Vision software allows for customisable and bespoke content.
