Fiona works as Web Content Officer with the Web Services Team.
Her role is focused on the main website uwtsd.ac.uk, and includes adding new material, creating or removing pages, and performing quality control checks.
She spent several years working abroad teaching English as a foreign language. After leaving Germany in 2014 and returning to the UK, she transferred to libraries, ultimately taking a Postgraduate Diploma in Information and Library Studies with Aberystwyth University.
Her professional interests include information-seeking behaviour and accessibility. In her free time, she enjoys cycling, walking and learning Welsh.
