Professional and Teaching Fellowships
Through its Strategic Plan 2017-22, and the Wales Global Academy, the University is committed to enhancing its portfolio of vocational and technical awards, which includes those related to professional development and professional recognition.
Fellowships have been established and introduced at the start of Academic Year 2019-2020. Applications for these Fellowships are open to all eligible candidates from around the world, including staff, alumni and graduates of the University of Wales and the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, and learners that may have studied at a partner institution.
There are two categories of Fellowship, which are:
- Professional Fellowships have been developed for the purposes of supporting lifelong learning, professional and leadership development and recognition, networking and career enhancement.
- Teaching Fellowships have been developed to provide opportunities for teaching and support staff in higher education to enhance and gain access to professional recognition in their higher education practice.
