For your convenience, reminder notices are sent out when items on your account are overdue.
Notices are sent by email or through the post, with a final reminder notice always being sent by post. If an item on your account is overdue and we have had no response to our notices, we reserve the right to invoice for its replacement.
Please ensure that you inform the Registry of any changes to your name or contact details so that we can contact you if there are any problems with your account.
Pre-overdue (courtesy) notices are sent to students which provide a reminder of the due date several days before standard loan books and other resources need to be returned, and are sent to your usual University email account. Pre-overdue notices will not be sent out for short loans.
University staff are also welcome to take advantage of this service. Staff based at our Swansea campuses will receive these automatically. Staff based at Carmarthen and Lampeter: please contact your local campus library if you would like to receive notices with confirmation of your University email address.
