Discover the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, Lampeter

The University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD) will be holding an Open Day at its Lampeter campus on Saturday, February 21st.

Attending an Open Day is an excellent way for prospective students to find out more about the University and the wide-range of programmes on offer. Attendees will also be able to discover what student life is like at Lampeter by speaking to current students and touring the campus.

“Visitors will have an opportunity to ask questions and to meet the academic staff to discuss course options, entry requirements and to learn more about the courses that interest you,” says Melanie Jones, Executive School and Colleges Marketing Officer at UWTSD.

“You’ll be able to talk to the University’s finance officers; to learn about the costs of Higher Education and the financial support available and you’ll get to meet the Learning support team to discuss any special learning support that you may require,” she adds.

As well as learning more about courses and finance the Open Day is a great way to get a feel for the campus and its surroundings, visitors get the chance to familiarise  themselves with the friendly market town of Lampeter and the outstanding beauty of rural Ceredigion and its coast.

During the day, visitors will have an opportunity to tour the campus; to take a look at the facilities on offer and to view accommodation.

More information about the student experience is available at UWTSD by reading blogs by some of our current students by going to The blogs are great way of getting an insight into student life at UWTSD – you can also contact some of our students on-line to chat to them about life on the Lampeter campus.
