This fun course for kids is all about the great legends of China, fantastic stories mixed with real history and facts. It includes a snapshot of China; the story of Little Hero Ne Zha; Monkey King, and everything you’ve ever wanted to know about dragons and Chinese characters.

Festivals in Chinese Art and Craft

Get ready with paper, scissors, glue and felt tip pens! Every week we will introduce a new creative theme using Chinese paper cutting and 3D models.  We’re starting with the Easter Bunny, Easter eggs and cards, spring animals and flowers, and later, exploring other fun topics such as giant pandas and lanterns.

Historic Codes of Chinese Culture

Aimed at secondary school students and adults, this lecture series unlocks a wealth of information buried in the coded symbols of Chinese culture and examines their historic roots. What are China’s creation myths? Who were the Dragon descendants? And the emergence of protoscience and technology from agrarian society. These are just some of the topics covered in the series.  You can engage with lecturer Meng Fanhui and explore these fascinating topics together.
