Lydia Cleaves

Lydia Cleaves is a dramatherapist currently working in Aneurin Bevan University Health Board with adults with learning disabilities. Prior to this she implemented the project using technology to promote emotional health and wellbeing which she now integrates as a tool in her therapeutic work.

Cleaves has presented in conferences and training days sharing expertise around using the technology, alongside Penny Hallas with whom she has written an article published in the International Journal of Art Therapy. Lydia also has ongoing self-employed work with young people with autism. Lydia is currently Welsh Representative for Dramatherapists in Wales and continues to be heavily involved in organising Dramatherapy Wales conferences which has been ongoing for the past three years.
