I am an experienced and qualified Youth Worker with expertise in a variety of youth work methods including outreach and detached methods and also issue based youth work. I have experience of working for statutory and voluntary youth work organisations and I have a particular interest in welsh medium youth work.
My youth work experience spans over fifteen years and encompasses an array of professional experiences which include the development of a youth theatre, a youth forum and other innovative and much needed services and provision for young people living within Carmarthenshire.
I feel that this wealth of youth work experience has developed my knowledge, understanding and skills within this field and has provided me with a good foundation to base my work on.
