Lecturer in Sports Therapy

Dan has over 15 years’ clinical experience working in professional rugby union, cricket and league as a Physiotherapist: Head the Medical Departments at the Newport Gwent Dragons and Bristol Rugby.  He has also acted as a consultant therapist to Racing Club Narbonne in France, Glamorgan Cricket and worked the London 2017 Athletics World Championships.  Currently, he is a consultant to the Football Association of Wales. 

Dan’s areas of expertise include:  Management of Pelvic and Spinal Conditions, Acute Injury Management, Sports Specific Rehabilitation and has devised many Innovative Treatments for Sports Injury.

Dan is a guest lecturer on the Sports and Exercise Medicine degree at Queen Mary University London and has Masters in Sports Physiotherapy from the University of Bath.
