Carmarthen Gym - Fitness

We run a range of group fitness classes on the Carmarthen campus.


Our sessions are open to riders of all abilities, with everyone working at a personal level to improve their cycling and overall fitness.

Numbers are kept low, so everyone has the individual attention they require.

Places need to be pre-booked.

Monday’s and Friday’s 7 am – 8 am.

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)

Involves bursts of high-intensity cardio and strength exercises interspersed with brief periods of recovery, is a great way to get a big workout with multiple benefits in a small amount of time.

Monday’s 12:00 – 12:30

DIY sessions

If you can’t make a specific class time, don’t worry. You can follow one of the planned workouts, ask for one upon arrival.
