Before using the Gym for the first time, we recommend that all new members complete a supervised gym induction with a member of our Health and Fitness team. Inductions can be booked at the Sports Centre Reception.

If you are a competent gym user and have had gym inductions previously then you can sign our Induction disclaimer/waiver and use straight away.
