Everyone has wellbeing and our wellbeing can change over time. There are lots of things you can do to look after your wellbeing.
This could involve making small or big changes to your daily living. This could include connecting with some self-help resources or peer support for example. Information and resource around wellbeing is constantly growing and evolving.
This page will host and signpost to a variety of resources to help you access services which meet your needs. These may be part of the university or exist within the community. The resources listed below are open access to all University of Wales Trinity Saint David students. Where there are region specific services these will be made visible on the page.
