Legal Apprenticeships Event

The University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD) invites you to attend an in-person roundtable discussion exploring the growing importance of legal apprenticeships within today’s evolving qualification landscape.

With the introduction of the SQE, law firms face new challenges around talent development, retention and risk. This session will explore how apprenticeships can work alongside SQE routes to help build strong talent pipelines, support progression and drive long term growth. 

You will also hear from UWTSD about the education pathway and available funding support.

You will hear from Emma James, People and Culture Advisor at JCP Solicitors, as she shares practical insight into the role apprenticeships play in workforce development and long-term retention. Alongside other contributors, she will provide real examples of how firms are using apprenticeships to develop future lawyers, strengthen retention and deliver commercial value.
