Background

Before joining the University of Wales Trinity David Kalee worked for over 14 years in the NHS in a variety of roles including Informatics, Project Management and Business Management. During her time within the NHS she developed a keen interest in organisational culture, strategic leadership and change management. 

She is passionate about staff development which naturally lead to working within the field of health and social care in higher education. Since employment in UWTSD in 2021, Kalee has worked as a project manager, lecturer and is now head of school for Health and Social Care.
