Navdeep Randhawa

Navdeep is a dedicated and experienced lecturer with more than 15 years of teaching experience in further and higher education. With a BA (Hons) in Business and Accounting and an MBA in Business Management, Navdeep brings a strong academic foundation combined with practical industry insight gained from her early career in accounting. 

She also holds a Level 7 PGCE from Cardiff University, underscoring her commitment to high-quality teaching and learning. She currently teaches a range of business-related subjects at both college and university level, where she is passionate about developing students’ critical thinking, real-world application, and employability skills. 

Her work interests lie in curriculum development, inclusive teaching practices, and bridging the gap between theory and practice in business education. Navdeep thrives in dynamic academic environments, and she is continually seeking opportunities to innovate in the classroom and contribute to student success.
