Professional and/or Research Experience

Bianca is particularly interested in developing curricula that support student well-being and reduce inequalities. Her research, grounded in Foucauldian theory and critical discourse analysis, explores how teaching practices and educational policies influence current debates on student mental health and experience, often in ways that reproduce inequality and marginalisation. In addition, she holds an International Diploma in Montessori Pedagogy, reflecting her commitment to student-led practices and inclusive, learner-centred education.
