Prior to joining UWTSD, she held academic positions in Botswana and India, delivering modules across database systems, software engineering, human–computer interaction, and digital accessibility. Her work has consistently focused on creating inclusive, student-centred learning environments and integrating technology to enhance engagement and achievement.
At UWTSD, Divya teaches undergraduate and postgraduate modules within the Computing department, overseeing curriculum design, assessment strategies, and dissertation supervision. She actively contributes to academic quality assurance processes and the adoption of innovative learning technologies. Her research and scholarly activities span digital learning environments, accessibility, and user experience, with publications and conference presentations at both national and international level.
