Background
With over 20 years of bilingual teaching experience within the Further Education sector in Wales, Marion brings with her extensive knowledge of all aspects of Course Leadership and development for post-16 learning. With specific expertise within the IT and animation sectors, she has undertaken External Moderation duties for the WJEC at advanced level for bilingual IT qualifications. As a Bilingual Champion, she is a passionate advocate of developing the Welsh language skills of learners and colleagues within her departments.

As an ISO9000 Quality Systems Lead Auditor for the Ministry of Defence and Qinetiq, Marion has a sound understanding of quality systems and the rigours of auditing and action planning to drive improvement in all aspects of test and development. Transitioning to teach in the higher education sector in 2022, Marion's wealth of industry and educational expertise ensures our PCET learners benefit from significant depth and insight into all aspects of practical bilingual teaching and learning whilst also developing a sound understanding of their role and responsibilities within the wider post-16 education landscape within Wales.
