Whether you’re looking to pursue a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree, we’re here to help you navigate the application process as smoothly as possible.  We understand that the prospect of applying to university can be both exhilarating and daunting.  Our aim is to ensure you have all the information you need to make that all-important decision to apply to university.

It is important to ensure that you provide a valid email address on your application to ensure that you don’t miss out on any important communications from the University, and from UCAS where applicable.

If you have any disabilities or health conditions, please indicate this on your application form. We can then work with you to consider what support and adjustments may need to be put in place to allow your studies to be accessible and to enable you to get the most out of your university experience.

Enrolment

All students must enrol before they can officially join the University.

  • Enrolment is the process through which you:

    • Agree to be a student at the University for the whole, or part of, the academic year
    • Agree to abide by the University’s Statues, Ordinances and Regulations and to pay all relevant fees (such as tuition fees).
    • Create and/or amend your student record.

    If you do not enrol, you will not be entitled to:

    • Your student ID card
    • Your course timetable and other resources needed for your programme of study
    • Participate in assessments
    • Receive a Council Tax Exemption Certificate (where appropriate)
    • Receive your student finance (where applicable)
    • Live in halls of residence (where applicable)
    • Access additional University services and information 
  • The enrolment process should take around 15 minutes.
