Rebecca Jones recognised with prestigious EEUK Fellowship Award
Rebecca Jones, Enterprise Development Manager at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UWTSD), has been awarded a Fellowship of Enterprise Educators UK (EEUK), the UK’s only sector-wide recognition for enterprise education professionals.
The EEUK Fellowship recognises the diverse roles that support the development of entrepreneurial outcomes in others, celebrating the achievements of individuals who champion enterprise education across higher education, further education, and beyond.
Rebecca, who has spent more than 20 years supporting and encouraging enterprise and has herself been an entrepreneur for over 30 years, has been recognised for her outstanding contribution to embedding entrepreneurship into education and supporting the next generation of business leaders.
In her current role as Enterprise Development Manager at UWTSD, Rebecca works closely with academic colleagues to integrate enterprise into the curriculum and delivers sessions to students on enterprise and entrepreneurship. She also provides one-to-one support for students interested in launching their own businesses, offering guidance through initiatives such as the University’s business start-up course.

It acknowledges both my past work and my current role in helping people consider entrepreneurship as part of their career journey. To be part of this network of enterprise educators across the UK is a real honour.”
Enterprise Educators UK is the leading independent membership network for enterprise educators, and the Fellowship provides recognition of personal professional achievement for individuals committed to fostering entrepreneurial skills and opportunities.
