Daniel Payne

Background

Daniel has worked his way up through the hospitality industry and worked within the NHS for several years.

Daniel has most recently been working as the Director of Operations at the Retreats Group based in Pembrokeshire. He worked through all areas of the hotel and restaurant, whilst also overseeing the operations for 3 sites, including a refurbished windmill, priory building and a castle.

Daniel graduated from the International Hotel Management programme with a First-Class Honours Degree and has also achieved a PGCE PCET from UWTSD.
