What is your favourite thing about Swansea campus?
My favourite thing about the IQ campus is the library, particularly the private study rooms which provided the perfect quiet space to focus. The extensive resource selection is incredibly easy to navigate, which genuinely enhanced my learning and made my university experience so much better.
Why did you choose UWTSD?
I chose UWTSD to study locally while benefiting from a highly regarded program. My research highlighted the university’s strong industry reputation, excellent facilities, and a proven record of successful, inspiring graduates.
What do you enjoy outside of your studies?
Outside of my studies, I love spending time with family and friends, traveling, and exploring new foods and cultures. Whenever I have spare time, I love discovering new places and immersing myself in different regional architectures.
What do you hope to do when you graduate ?
My primary goal after graduation is to secure a role as a Part I Architectural Assistant, ideally within a larger city practice where I can gain valuable independence and immerse myself in diverse culture.
What is your favourite thing about your course?
The highlight of the course was definitely the community. My classmates consistently motivated me to push my creative boundaries and brought joy to the studio, even during intense deadlines. The lecturers were equally fantastic, providing the constant support needed to reach my goals.
Would you recommend UWTSD and why?
Yes, I would highly recommend UWTSD. The smaller classes mean you never feel lost, instead, the class feels like a family where everyone constantly motivates each other. The modern facilities such as the library also provide a better experience.
