Student ID
You will have access to your digital ID card on the Hwb app once you have enrolled.
If you would like a physical ID card, please speak to the HWB team on your Welcome Day.
We will not be able to print your ID card until you upload a photo to your MyTSD account. Please do this before enrolling.

The Students’ Union (SU) can offer you advice, support, and representation while you study at UWTSD.
The SU is planning a week full of activities and events across the campuses to kick off the academic year.

They’ll be there to assist you with whatever you need.
Your Welcome Event
You will be sent an email giving specific details of your Welcome Event. Please make sure your email address is correct so you can receive this information. The dates and times of Welcome Events can be found on the HWB Dashboard.
You will need to confirm your place at the event by completing the booking request form, please complete this as soon as possible.
If you’re starting your course after September 2025, your programme team will be in touch with details about your welcome event and induction. Look out for this in your inbox, it will be sent to the email address you provided when you applied.
Enrolment will open no more than 3 weeks before your official start date, and most students complete this online through the MyTSD portal.
