Mae Dr Arnaud Marotin yn Uwch Ddarlithydd mewn Peirianneg ym Mhrifysgol Cymru Y Drindod Dewi Sant, ac mae ganddo fwy nag 20 mlynedd o brofiad mewn addysg uwch a’r diwydiant. Mae ganddo PhD mewn modelu cyfrifiannol, MSc mewn peirianneg, a TAR mewn addysg ôl-orfodol. Mae Arnaud yn addysgu ar draws rhaglenni israddedig, gan arbenigo mewn mecaneg thermohylif, dadansoddi data, a dulliau cyfrifiannu. Mae ei addysgu wedi’i seilio ar ddysgu cymhwysol a defnyddio offer megis Matlab. Mae’n arwain y ddarpariaeth ran-amser a gradd-brentisiaethau yn yr Ysgol Peirianneg, gan ganolbwyntio ar gydlynu rhaglenni a gweithredu’r cwricwlwm. Bu’n weithredol ym maes ymchwil yn flaenorol, ond mae ei waith presennol yn canolbwyntio ar ragoriaeth addysgu ac arweinyddiaeth academaidd.
