Er 2021 mae wedi bod yn gweithio fel Uwch Ddarlithydd mewn Iechyd a Gofal Cymdeithasol, ac yn Rheolwr Rhaglen ar gyfer y BSc (Anrh) Iechyd a Gofal Cymdeithasol ar gampws Llundain, IICL, PCYDDS. Yn flaenorol, bu’n gweithio fel darlithydd ac ymchwilydd mewn gwahanol sefydliadau yn y DU, yr Eidal a Gwlad Groeg.
