Mae Peter yn ffisiolegydd o fri rhyngwladol, ac ar ôl bod yn hyfforddwr ffitrwydd i dîm Rygbi Cymru  yn ogystal â gweithio gyda nifer o athletwyr rhyngwladol.

Mae Peter wedi treulio oes mewn chwaraeon a gweithgarwch corfforol gan gystadlu’n flaenorol ym mhencampwriaethau rhwyfo dan do y byd. Bellach mae’n cystadlu mewn beicio trac ac yn ddiweddar enillodd Efydd yn y sbrint 500m  ym mhencampwriaethau’r byd meistri UCI.
